Many of the sports and activities which people take part in when using our products can be dangerous and we have no control over how you make use of our products. You are responsible for reading and complying with all safety instructions that we make available to you which relate to our products, and to exercise good judgment as to the proper selection and use of any of our products.
While every effort is made to ensure that Vaktare Moto Gear (VKTRE Moto Co.) products meet your reasonable satisfaction, many of our products may not be certified or approved to meet certain or any PPE standards, we cannot guarantee that our products will protect you in any or all circumstances.
We at VKTRE Moto Co. strive to bring you the highest quality materials in our garments. The nature of motorcycle riding is dangerous. As all motorcycle collisions are unpredictable, our garments are in no way meant to prevent collisions or shield the body of any or all injury.
Liability
VKTRE Moto Co. shall not be liable for any personal injury you suffer as a result of using our products except to the extent such injury has been proven in a US court of law to be caused by our negligence.
You agree that VKTRE products are worn at your own risk and products do not claim to protect you from any or all personal injury which may occur while wearing them.
VKTRE Moto Co. shall not be responsible for any loss or damage you suffer that is not foreseeable, or is not a result of our breach or negligence. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time we entered into our contract.
We shall be under no liability whatsoever for any consequential, indirect, incidental damage, loss or other expenses.
As some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential, indirect or incidental damages, loss or expenses, our liability in such jurisdictions shall be limited to the extent permitted by law. VKTRE Moto will not be responsible for any losses not caused by VKTRE Moto.
Nothing in this contract shall limit or exclude our liability to you for:
(a) death or personal injury resulting from our negligence; or
(b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
By your use or purchase from this site you agree to forgo all liability of Vaktare MG for any injuries incurred from the use of our products whatsoever. By the use and purchases made off of our website the consumer agrees to forfeit all right to pursue any lawsuits against Vaktare Motor Gear for any reason.
We as a company do not make any claims to the efficacy of our products, we do however take pride in using quality materials and craftsmanship. Crash testing on the material used in products made with Shoeller Dynatec have been independently tested in labs owned or commissioned by the company Schoeller.
If any part of this contract is found to be invalid, unenforceable or illegal, it shall not affect the other parts and if this contract would be wholly valid, enforceable and legal were that part deleted, that part shall be deemed deleted.
This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with United States Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America. All contracts are concluded in English.
